In-Person Event Arrival Time & Late Attendance Policy

📍 What Time Should I Arrive at the Event?

To ensure a smooth check-in process and secure your seat before the event officially begins, we strongly encourage all clients to arrive by 8:00 AM local time (in the time zone of the event location).

✅ Why Arrive at 8:00 AM?

• Pre-Event Check-In begins at 8:00 AM sharp.

• You’ll receive your event badge and any relevant materials.

• You’ll have time to network and settle in before the event begins.

• The event program officially kicks off at 9:00 AM local time.

⏰ What If I’m Running Late?

We understand that travel delays or unexpected issues can occur. If you're arriving late:

👍 You will still be admitted.

• Even if you arrive after the 9:00 AM start time, you will be welcomed into the event.

• Our check-in team will be available throughout the event day to assist late arrivals.

💡 Important Note:

• We highly encourage all clients to still attend, even if late. You’ll still benefit from the majority of the content, networking opportunities, and coaching sessions.

• Upon arrival, please proceed to the check-in desk to receive your materials and badge before entering the event room.
