BRING US YOUR DEAL.
We want a deal you own, operate, control, or are directly responsible for.
Do not bring us somebody else’s deal simply because you receive a percentage for raising capital.
The person responsible for the opportunity must be present and accountable.

We prefer direct opportunities, clear accountability, appropriate control, and properly structured partnerships.
We are not interested in complicated funds filled with management fees, performance fees, and layers between us and the actual investment.

EVERY DECISION MAKER MUST BE PRESENT.
Your spouse, business partner, cofounder, owner, or anyone whose approval is required must attend the private meeting.
If you tell us you need to ask somebody else for permission, we will pass.
We will be prepared. We expect you to be prepared too.

LOOKING FOR M&A FUNDING OR WANT TO DO M&A WITH MY MONEY?
If your primary goal is to acquire companies, fund an acquisition, or build an M&A strategy using my capital, this is not the right call.
We have a separate call dedicated exclusively to mergers and acquisitions with me and my M&A partners.
FIND COMPANIES FOR ME TO ACQUIRE
You find companies that match what I am looking for. I provide the capital, combine the companies into a larger group, increase the value, and position the group for an eight figure or nine figure exit.
USE YOUR COMPANY AS THE PLATFORM
Your company must generate a minimum of $750,000 in EBITDA. We may acquire your competitors, place them under your brand, and build toward an eight figure or nine figure exit.

No.
Registering, attending, or participating does not guarantee funding, investment, partnership, or access to the network.
Every opportunity is subject to qualification, financial verification, due diligence, legal review, and final approval.
But one thing is guaranteed. If you register and do not show up, we will never fund you.
2. DO I NEED TO HAVE A DEAL RIGHT NOW?
No. You may find the right opportunity next week, next month, or next year. We are also looking for exceptional people who could become operators, partners, advisors, or valuable members of the network.
3. CAN MY DEAL REALLY BE 100% FUNDED?
Yes. The right opportunity may receive 100% of the required capital from JT Foxx, members of his private investor network, or a combination of both. Funding is never automatic.
4. CAN JT FOXX INVEST HIS OWN MONEY?
Yes. JT Foxx has personally deployed $64 million of his own cash. For the right person and opportunity, he may invest directly or structure a 50/50 partnership.

Yes. Qualified opportunities may be presented to high net worth investors, entrepreneurs, family offices, and private capital partners from around the world.
6. DO YOU INVEST IN THE DEAL OR THE PERSON?
We invest in the person first. Character, honesty, accountability, judgment, and execution matter.
7. CAN I BRING SOMEONE ELSE’S DEAL?
Only if the real owner and operator are involved. The person responsible for the opportunity must be present and accountable.
8. DO YOU INVEST IN FUNDS?
No. We prefer direct investments, clear accountability, appropriate control, and properly structured partnerships.
9. DO I NEED $5,000 IN LIQUID CASH?
Yes. You must personally have at least $5,000 in verifiable liquid cash in your bank account. Credit cards, borrowed money, or money belonging to someone else do not qualify.
10. WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE $5,000 YET?
You may still attend the call to learn, but you will not qualify for funding at this stage. Selected individuals may be given an opportunity to receive mentorship and become ready.
11. DOES EVERY DECISION MAKER NEED TO ATTEND?
Yes. If your spouse, business partner, cofounder, owner, or another person must approve the opportunity, they must be present for the private meeting.
12. DO I NEED TO MEET JT FOXX IN PERSON?
You do not need to meet JT Foxx in person to pitch the private investor network. However, if you want JT Foxx to invest his personal money or become your direct partner, you must be willing to meet him in person.
13. WHAT IF I WANT M&A FUNDING?
Mergers and acquisitions are handled through a separate call with JT Foxx and his M&A partners.
14. WHAT IF I DO NOT NEED FUNDING?
Still attend. You may need strategic partners, acquisitions, branding, exposure, credibility, distribution, relationships, or help scaling your company.
15. HOW LONG IS THE CALL?
The main call will normally last between 45 and 60 minutes. Qualified participants may move directly into an additional private conversation or initial due diligence. Allow another 30 to 60 minutes in case you are selected.
